Aniah's organization is based on 4 main teams working in close collaboration, in a transversal way, between them.
Product Development
Our developers implement the technical solutions validated by the research team in the core of our solutions, adapt the architecture of the solution to its permanent evolution and work on a modern, efficient and ergonomic GUI, in accordance with business needs. This team, working in Agile mode, is composed of backend (C, C++), fullstack (NodeJS) and frontend (Angular) developers. The Quality Assurance function finally tests and validates the newly developed functionalities before deploying them.
Fundamental research
Our researchers, experts in algorithms or microelectronics, respond to the evolutionary objectives of our solution, integrated into a technical roadmap, by proposing and validating the most suitable technical solution.
Customer Support Department
This team, composed of microelectronics engineers, is involved throughout the customer relationship and is organized around three main missions: technical support to the sales functions, technical support to customers and development of the Aniah solution in line with the new customer needs expressed to them.

These teams are supported by internal support functions (IS, finance, HR, quality, marketing and communication), which are also heavily involved in Aniah’s projects. Our jobs, as well as the profiles we recruit, are therefore very diversified.
